A crash is a bad day with a lot of decisions stacked into twenty minutes. Moving the vehicle should not be one of the hard ones.

First: people, then the vehicle
If anyone is hurt, call 911 before you call us. If the vehicle is drivable and you are in a traffic lane, get it to a shoulder or a side street. If it is not drivable, get yourself somewhere safe — behind a guardrail, on the sidewalk, away from moving traffic — and wait there.
Exchange information and photograph the scene if you are able to. Then call us and tell us where you are and whether the vehicle can roll.
What happens when we get there
We will look at how the vehicle is sitting, whether it rolls and steers, and what it will take to get it onto the deck safely. A flatbed and a winch handle most of it.
If police are managing the scene, we work around their instructions. We do not move anything before they are finished.
Where the vehicle goes
That is your call, not ours. A body shop you have chosen, a dealer, your own driveway, or one of our yards while you work out the next step with your insurer.
