Privacy Policy

Who this is about

This policy covers JD Towing Inc., a towing company in Chicago, Illinois, and this website. If you want to ask us anything about it, call (773) 642-8484.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever vehicle and location details you choose to give us. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

Our website host records standard server information when a page is requested — things like the IP address, the page requested and the time. That is normal web-server logging, used to keep the site running and secure.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A form submission is a request for a tow, a quote or information, and we use the details to reply and to do the job you asked about.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Form submissions pass through the service that hosts this site and delivers the message to us. They process it on our behalf and for no other purpose.

Beyond that, we share your details only if the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run an analytics product that profiles you.

If you switch the site between English and Spanish, your browser stores that choice locally so the site opens in the language you picked. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

Links to other sites

The addresses on our contact and service-area pages link to Google Maps. Once you follow a link off this site, that company's privacy policy applies, not ours.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (773) 642-8484 and tell us what you want done, and we will take care of it.

If you would rather not send anything through the website at all, just call. The phone works perfectly well.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
