Tell us the vehicle before we roll
Commercial calls go wrong when the truck that arrives is the wrong truck. Four things settle it on the phone: what the vehicle is, roughly what it weighs, whether it rolls and steers, and whether it is loaded.
Access matters too. A vehicle in an alley, a tight dock, or a lot full of other trucks changes the approach, and it is better to know that before we are standing in it.
