The information here

The pages on this site describe the services JD Towing Inc. offers in Chicago and the nearby suburbs. We keep them accurate, but they are a description, not a contract.

Nothing on this site is an offer to perform a specific job at a specific price.

Quotes and prices

Any price we give over the phone or in reply to a form is an estimate based on what you have told us. We confirm it when we see the vehicle.

If what we find does not match the description, we will tell you before anything is loaded and you can decide how to proceed.

Availability and response times

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we answer the phone around the clock. How long a truck takes to reach you depends on traffic, weather, where you are and how many jobs are already running.

We do not promise a specific arrival time on this website. Call and ask, and we will give you our honest estimate for that moment.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency service. If anyone is injured, or a vehicle is in a dangerous position in live traffic, call 911 first.

Content and images

The JD Towing Inc. name, the crest, the text on this site and the photographs of our trucks belong to JD Towing Inc.. Please do not reuse them without asking.

We provide this website as it is. To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, JD Towing Inc. is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from reliance on the general information on it.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for the towing and roadside work we actually carry out for you.
